Bell Total Connect is a carrier-grade, hosted IP telephony and unified communications services for businesses. It delivers crystal-clear voice quality and a full range of messaging, collaboration and conferencing tools to multiple devices including desk phones, desktop computers, and smart phones.

Bell Total Connect is deployed with limited upfront investments and is offered on a pay per-user model.

sIP Trunking

SIP Trunking service from Bell provides organizations with a gateway to the public switched telephone network (PTSN) through an IP network. This allows voice calls – whether local or long distance – to run over a single data backbone.

PRI/Megalink

Megalink (ISDN PRI) provides the client with an integrated solution which supports multiple voice and data applications, delivers high efficiency and flexibility, and includes a powerful set of call management features. Megalink is customized to business’ needs, and provides emergency backup options such as automatic call redirection.

Megalink service provides digital access between the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) compatible equipment at the customer’s premises and Bell’s public switched telephone network (PSTN) and is based on ISDN primary rate interface (PRI).
